Placing an order

Dott-Thomson accepts most debit and credit cards as payment for all online orders. If you wish to pay by cheque or by bank transfer, please email info@dott-thomson.co.uk or call +44(0)1250 873123 with details of what you wish to order.

Payments

Dott-Thomson is responsible for all payments made through this website. All payments for sales through this website are made using Sage Pay secured 3rd party payments site. All credit/debit card details are entered on a secure encrypted page and transferred using SSL technology.

Returns

Dott-Thomson will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please request proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as Dott-Thomson cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

By using this Website you warrant that you are of full legal age and may lawfully enter into any contract with us.

We are not responsible for pricing errors and we may decline any order although we will advise you of the reason.

The prices quoted on our Website are inclusive of VAT.

These terms and conditions apply to all sales from us effected through our Website They may be changed at any time and any change will take effect from the time of publication on our Website.
